3. 💸 Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in PKR (₨) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (if any).
  • We accept payments through secure channels (e.g., Cash on Delivery, JazzCash, Easypaisa, Bank Transfer).
  • ToolzPartz is not responsible for any payment issues caused by third-party payment providers.

4. 🚚 Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to deliver your order within the estimated delivery time mentioned at checkout.
  • Delays may occur due to external factors (weather, courier delays, etc.).
  • We are not responsible for delays after handing over the parcel to the courier service.

5. 🔁 Returns & Refunds

  • Refunds are only available if the product is damaged during delivery or the wrong item is sent.
  • Requests must be made within 3 to 4 days of delivery.
  • No refund/return requests will be entertained after usage or installation.
